I did not find any information in the web how to find a mooring at Lake Garda. But I did not try in Italian ;-)
You will find a great overview video here if you do not know the lake at all or if you are not sure about the region (north or south).
This is a comprehensive list about the possibilities you have:
a) Public harbors (cheap, difficult to find)
b) Private Marinas (expensive, less difficult to find)
c) Buoys (cheap, easy to find)
